Toy Beats is a DJ, Producer, and Podcaster from the UK. Emerging from the 90's Free Party and Rave scene, he began his DJ career at 17, playing to crowds at quarries, forests, and disused airfields. He now holds residencies at Rough Trade, After Dark, and various UK clubs and festivals. Since 2017, Toy Beats has released music through Scour Records, Breakbeat Paradise Recordings, and Cuttin' It Fine Records, earning praise from top online blogs. His performances feature a mix of Hip Hop, Breaks, House, and Drum and Bass, showcasing his turntable skills and creative edits. Toy Beats also hosts the 'Dancefloor Data Podcast’ which features monthly guest mixes from well known artists and Toy Beats himself on mixing duties from time to time.     Welcome back to the "Disco Data Podcast'. This month we have a guest mix from Señor Peludo. Originally a UK based dnb and breaks DJ, he began branching into other genres of music after moving to the USA and starting his own club night. With diverse and esoteric tunes, and a vibe inspired by UK festivals, 'Sunken Disco' was a successful effort to combat the dominance of sleazy top-40 events in his city. Since then, Peludo lived and DJ'd in Germany for a while and has also played many sets at the Burning Man festival in Nevada. He's currently splitting his time between Stockholm and London and can't wait to get DJing again in both cities and beyond, once this Covid business blows over. Peludo used to livestream on NSB radio and Twitch pretty regularly but after becoming a Dad last year, his evenings now involve less rocking-the-decks and more rocking-the-baby. Track List: 1.
