    1. If you can get yourself comfortable with being uncomfortable, having the mindset that no matter what happens you can handle it, there’s nothing you can’t do.

The Best Podcast on the Planet

First I was like…

“What? 7 days a week podcast? Are you kidding me? How can I find the time to listen them all?”

But now, the first EOF occupies the first 30 minutes of the day after the meditation. Love structure of the podcast and the content flow.

I’m leaving 5 star review, but to be honest that’s the least I can do via iTunes. John truly deserve more than this 5 star.
