    Finding the right people and battle demons whilst trying to stay on the right path.

    This week I had chat with Dan Brunt-Murphy, a guy I’d met in the gym and we’d known each other for a few years and seen each others struggles from a far. We had a chance to get to know each other better over the podcast and discuss our demons and we both have had to navigate social situations and friends groups to find what really matters.

    Lads Mental Chat - Intro

    In this episode I give an overview of the mission I am embarking on, the importance of talking, a brief back story to me and where you can follow/contact me. In a bid to tackle the mental health stigma for lads and try and help reduce suicide rates in men. Throughout this series of podcasts I will be delving deep into issues, coping mechanisms, tools to help gain control, self development and much more. I will be having guests on to share their stories and insights as well as solo episodes. The subjects will be relevant, varied and put across in a relatable way. Whilst the topics will be serious, I hope to deliver it with banter and laughs as well as compassion.
