    Who gets charged with 'resisting arrest'?; ALPR links wrong man to crime; LGBTQ+ journalists

    About twice a day, San Diego law enforcement charge someone with "resisting an officer" — and nothing else. Data show that Black San Diegans are nine times more likely to face the charge.
