    Josh Thole is the Chief of Staff for Sports Solidarity, an organization dedicated to empowering athletes and consulting with sports unions on collective bargaining, organizing, and contract servicing. Josh played in the Major Leagues from 2009 to 2016, spending four seasons with the New York Mets from 2009 to 2012 and four seasons with the Toronto Blue Jays from 2013 to 2016. A respected catcher known for his skill handling knuckleballers, he notably caught Johan Santana's historic no-hitter in 2012—the first in Mets franchise history.
