    Gossip Girl: In The Realm of The Basses

    Spotted: Chuck Bass is back from Thailand, and somehow he’s even more of a disaster than when he left. On this episode of Your One and Only Source, Caroline and Phoebe are getting into “In the Realm of the Basses,” where Blair decides she’s ready to graduate from high school politics and join the Colony Club, Jenny realizes she has enough dirt to take down the entire Mean Girl industrial complex, and Chuck calls in Uncle Jack to help him get his life, and Victrola, back. Blair is trying very hard to move on from Chuck, which would be easier if Chuck weren’t back at Victrola, smoking hash at school, throwing parties, and generally making sure everyone knows he is absolutely not okay. Blair tries to save him, because of course she does, while Jack swoops in with his own very Bass-y idea of helping. Meanwhile, Jenny finally gets her hands on the secrets of Penelope, Hazel, and Isabel and realizes that maybe the fastest way to survive Constance is to become the person everyone is scared to piss off. And then Dan starts pulling at the Rufus and Lily thread, which is about to unravel into a secret big enough to blow up both families. Plus, Blair’s Colony Club ambitions, Chuck’s rooftop breakdown, and Jack Bass being Jack Bass. Basically, everyone is lying, scheming, spiraling, or all three.
