Send us Fan Mail A new bilingual (Spanish/English) Saturday Morning episode where a sunny backyard breakfast becomes the perfect time to discover the power of affirmations, confidence, and encouraging yourself and others. At Bash and Mila's house, every weekend begins with a weekend word—a simple idea that follows them through their day... and sometimes, the whole weekend. This Saturday starts with breakfast outside. Fresh strawberries. Orange juice sparkling in the sunshine. And a story from Mila's very first week of summer camp. There, she learned something she couldn't wait to share... An affirmation. "I make the world brighter just by being me." Soon, the whole family begins sharing their favorite affirmations. "I have great ideas." "I am a good friend." "I learn and grow every day." As they talk, Bash and Mila discover that affirmations aren't just words, they're a way to encourage yourself, believe in yourself, and remind yourself of all the wonderful things that make you... you. Then they discover their new weekend word: Encourage What begins as a simple breakfast conversation becomes a reminder that encouraging others can brighten someone's day... and encouraging yourself can help you try something brave, learn something new, or believe you can do hard things. ✨ Plus: special shoutouts to listeners in London, Puerto Rico, Connecticut, Miami, Colorado, Spain, and beyond! ✨ Bilingual (English + Spanish) and perfect for ages 0–8+, this cozy Saturday Morning episode celebrates confidence, kindness, growth, resilience, and the everyday power of positive self-talk. All voices are performed by real people (grown-ups & kids!). Post-production tools are used to enhance audio and add character voice effects. Saturday Mornings with Bash & Mila – ¡Animar! 🎧 Don’t forget to follow and leave a review if you loved the episode!
