Morse Code at 30 Words Per Minute
Jim Vaughan WB0RLJ
This audio is intended to help you improve your speed of comprehension of Morse Code. I assume that you already know the full Morse Code alphabet and common punctuation and symbols. I recommend you do "head-copy" without transcribing what you hear. You need to stop writing down or typing on a keyboard what you hear if you want to increase your comprehension speed. Don't speak the characters out loud. Let your comprehension engage directly without any mechanics in-between. Don't worry about missing a few characters here and there. Do other things while you play this audio that will allow you to still actively listen, e.g., Mow the lawn, take a shower, etc. Always remember: The best Morse Code decoder is between your ears.
