Volkayto Original Series

Volkayto Original Audio Series is the signature production label of Volkayto Media, identifying the company’s original long-form audio programming developed and produced entirely in-house. Since 2010, Volkayto Media has created original podcasts, interview series, live-streamed talk shows, and digital broadcasts spanning entertainment, film, television, music, sports, business, culture, and mental health. Every Volkayto Original Audio Series is built on authentic storytelling, editorial independence, cinematic production values, and meaningful conversation. Founded by Justin Thomas while he was a sophomore in high school, Volkayto Media began producing live internet broadcasts on Ustream in 2010 with the launches of On Air With JT and the original live edition of The Justin Thomas Show. Between 2010 and 2012, the company expanded its programming slate with additional original series, including JT In The Morning and Top Ten Countdown With JT, establishing the creative foundation that would evolve into today’s premium long-form audio productions. At just 17 years old in 2011, Thomas began securing interviews with notable figures in entertainment, including songwriter and producer Saint Cassius, who co-wrote the Grammy Award-winning hit Just the Way You Are for Bruno Mars, a song that received multiple major industry awards. Cassius also produced and provided background vocals on Till I Get There by Lupe Fiasco, alongside interviews with YouTube creator Ed Bassmaster. In 2015, Thomas interviewed actor Lillo Brancato, who returned for a second appearance in 2021. Between 2021 and 2023, Thomas conducted multiple interviews with John Gourley and other members of Portugal. The Man, followed by an exclusive interview with Matt Quinn of Mt. Joy before the band’s October 2022 performance. Those interviews marked a turning point for the company, leading Thomas to secure more than 40 additional guests, including Peter Billingsley, Mike Henry, Tucker Tooley, Stephen Bradley of No Doubt, Sam Hollander, and many others. On Air With JT (2010–2025) became the flagship Volkayto Original Audio Series, producing more than 2,000 episodes over fifteen years. Built on improvisation, authentic conversation, and Justin Thomas’s signature JT Rants, the series became known for thoughtful long-form interviews with influential voices across entertainment, film, television, music, sports, business, and the arts. Over the course of its fifteen-year run, On Air With JT evolved from an independently produced internet broadcast into a respected long-form interview platform recognized for its conversational approach and diverse range of guests. Every episode emphasized authenticity, allowing conversations to unfold naturally while documenting the stories and perspectives of artists, filmmakers, musicians, entrepreneurs, athletes, and cultural leaders. The series established the editorial standards and production philosophy that continue to define every Volkayto Original Audio Series today. The Justin Thomas Show continues that legacy as a Volkayto Original Audio Series produced by Volkayto Media. Originally launched as a live interactive internet talk show on Ustream in 2010, the program later evolved into an on-demand audio series before being reimagined in 2026. Season One features exclusive conversations with Emmy Award-winning actress and comedian Kym Whitley and Emmy Award-winning and NAACP Image Award-winning filmmaker Coodie Simmons, continuing the company’s tradition of authentic, unscripted long-form conversations. Today, Volkayto Media has produced more than 3,000 original episodes across multiple series over 17 years of continuous production.
