On Air With JT was a Volkayto Original Audio Series produced by Volkayto Media. Created by Justin Thomas during his sophomore year of high school, the series premiered in November 2010 on Ustream and concluded in December 2025, producing over 2,000 episodes and establishing itself as one of the longest running independent audio talk programs in its category. The program was built on improvisation, unfiltered conversation, and signature JT Rants, with a focus on authentic, meaningful dialogue. Its editorial framework deliberately avoided trend driven framing, performative dialogue, and sensationalism, instead prioritizing clarity of thought, intellectual independence, and consistency of voice. On Air With JT explored mental health, creativity, ambition, and personal growth long before these subjects were widely discussed in mainstream media.   Throughout its run, the series featured extended long form interviews and candid conversations with Grammy, Emmy, and Academy Award winners, as well as leading figures in music, sports, entrepreneurship, and the arts. Guests were selected for insight and perspective rather than visibility, reflecting the show’s emphasis on substance, experience, and authentic storytelling. Thomas’s perspective as a Boston based entrepreneur, actor, writer, producer, Filmmaker, mental health advocate and motivational speaker informed every episode, integrating narrative discipline, strategic thinking, and operational rigor.  In March 2023, he set a podcasting record by completing nine cinterviews in seven days, exemplifying the preparation, endurance, and execution that became hallmarks of the series. By its conclusion in December 2025, On Air With JT stood as a complete, self contained body of work, defined not only by its longevity and output but by the intellectual continuity, editorial discipline, and independence maintained across fifteen years of sustained production.
