    On this intimate episode of Paleteras con Chile, we welcome the composer of the Las Paleteras jingle herself — artist, composer, and actress Cinthya Morado. This is a special Spanish-language episode where Ana Sheila connects with Cinthya about her artistic path, her creative process, and the way she's learned to relate to fear, family, and identity. Cinthya is Ana Sheila's real-life prima (cousin), based in Mexico, and together they explore how living between Mexico and the U.S. shapes language, belonging, and the way they understand their own history. They also talk about changing family dynamics as you get older, along with the practices that help us grow and stay in greater alignment with ourselves and the people in our lives. They leave the audience with a message that carries through the episode: "A veces la evolución más bonita empieza justo ahí: en elegirnos a nosotras mismas sin pedir permiso."
