    Why You Feel Disconnected From Your Inner Guidance (And How to Reconnect in Minutes)

I share several real and grounded causes of inner disconnection, including living primarily in the thinking mind, dismissing inner signals as imagination, nervous system stress, and moving through intense life seasons that temporarily shift our focus into survival mode.
