The "Agony Aunt Special" Episode ft. Hauwa Lawal

This week, we’re joined by the incredibly hilarious and multi-talented Hauwa Lawal for a special 3-hr Agony Aunt episode. Before the dilemmas, we talk about the realities of running a business in Nigeria, Hauwa’s journey into content creation and why we need to be talking about our history a lot more. Then we get into the crazy entries, from friendship boundaries and telling your friend how you really feel about their parenting, to old flames making very inconvenient reappearances and the age-old problem of sleeping with your best friend and accidentally developing feelings. Safe to say, we had quite a lot to work with. As always, there are strong opinions, slightly questionable advice and loads of laughs. We hope you enjoy this episode, brought to you by our friends at Kuda and Busha Busha Busha! The "I'm Your Mummy" Episode ft. Jaddy of Lagos

SHOW NOTES This episode features a real Gen Z baddie, Jaddy of Lagos, founder of Life Studios and The Transformhers, who joins the ladies for a very eventful episode involving fake dreads, the suffering required for beauty, some deeply unserious men and a collection of dilemmas that only get messier as they go. Jaddy also talks about becoming a mother at a young age, her unique relationship with her daughter and family, and what it took to eventually build a life for herself beyond everything she experienced. It’s insightful and deep as always, with plenty to unpack about family, dating, motherhood and starting again, alongside the usual ISWIS detours and opinions. We hope you enjoy this episode, brought to you by our friends at Kuda and Busha! “I Feel Like an Imposter” - Hauwa Opens Up About Her Success & Creativity

Toke sits down with content creator Hauwa the woman behind some of the internet’s funniest, most brutally honest videos for an episode that opens with one running question: what’s the color of your problem? From there, the conversation moves through Hauwa’s start ghostwriting comedy skits before ever showing her own face, her refusal to hide being broke, in debt, or turned down for a UK visa, and her unapologetic stance on wanting to marry a man with money without shame. She and Toke swap notes on marrying young and leaving fast, on choosing peace and financial independence over performing a relationship for anyone’s approval. Then the tone shifts entirely as Toke opens up about surviving the house fire that took both her parents when she was eight, and what therapy finally gave her the words to say a moment Hauwa meets with real tenderness. It’s an episode that swings from pure nonsense to real devastation and back again, a reminder that some of the funniest people are carrying the heaviest things. Hosted on Acast. Jensen Huang Thinks A.I. Alarmism Has Gone Too Far

Jensen Huang might just be the single most influential person in artificial intelligence today. Huang is the chief executive of Nvidia, the company that designs nearly all the chips and infrastructure that the rest of the industry relies on. This has made Nvidia the most valuable company in the world and has made Huang incredibly influential in the Trump administration. And unlike many of the leaders of the frontier labs, Huang doesn’t think A.I. could wipe out humanity. He thinks that the doomers are just scaring people, and that the industry doesn’t need new regulation at all. I wanted to hear how he saw it, so I flew out to Nvidia’s headquarters in Santa Clara, Calif., to talk to him.  Mentioned: “Pacing the Frontier” “When A.I. • Your Husband Can Cheat AND Still Love You

Your Husband Can Cheat AND Still Love You

He says wives should buy Christmas hampers for their husband's side chicks. And he means it. In this explosive, deeply controversial episode of Unbroken Podcast, host Richard Akita sits down with John Michael, social worker, community advocate, and self-styled President of Enjoyment, for a conversation that will challenge everything you think you know about monogamy, marriage vows, and what African men really want. John holds nothing back. He explains why African traditions were never monogamous and how Western laws imposed population control disguised as morality, why he believes side chicks carry burdens wives refuse to, and the controversial statement that your husband can cheat AND still love you to bits. He also reveals why most women already know their husbands have someone else but turn a blind eye as long as respect remains, why sex should never be a chore or reward, and the shocking reality that when you're "too tired" for intimacy, someone else isn't. This isn't just about infidelity. It's a raw examination of polygamy, polyandry, open relationships, and whether modern marriage can survive ancient instincts. John dives into why leaving your husband for cheating is like leaving your country because it rained, the three things any man considering polygamy must have, and why enjoyment is the glue that holds everything together. If you're married, thinking about marriage, or wondering why your partner stepped out, this conversation will give you answers you didn't know you needed and perspectives you've never heard before.
