    Après une bien longue absence, me voilà de retour. Pourquoi suis-je resté silencieux si longtemps ?Je n'arrive pas à me l'expliquer. Je ne suis pas parti en vacances, je ne suis pas devenu ermite, je n'ai pas été enlevé par de dangereux criminels.Simplement, je n'écris rien pendant plusieurs semaines, alors je m'en veux, et c'est le début d'un long cercle vicieux. C'est comme si vous m'attendiez chaque semaine, et que j'étais absent au rendez-vous. Je me reproche mon manque deconstance, et je n'ose pas revenir sans explications. Alors mon silence se prolonge, et un silence mérite d'autant plus d'explications qu'il est prolongé.C'est ainsi que je passe des mois sans donner de nouvelles, sans même répondre à vos gentils messages ni vous remercier pour vos encouragements. Pourtant, ils n'ont pas été vains, puisque me revoilà ! C'est vrai, mon travail me prend énormément de temps. En semaine, je vois à peine la lumière du jour à la maison. Le week-end, je profite du jardin, de la montagne et de la mer de l'aube jusqu'au soir. Je vous raconterai tout cela dans les épisodes à venir.D'ici-là, je vous dis un grand merci du fond du cœur.

    Après les élections législatives des 30 juin et 7 juillet, la France se retrouve dans une situation inédite : à l'Assemblée Nationale, il y a trois blocs à peu près équivalents. La gauche a une majorité relative très faible et il est difficile d'imaginer une coalition solide tant les différentes formations politiques sont opposées. Dans ces conditions, le Président devrait nommer un nouveau ou une nouvelle Première Ministre. Mais qui ? Il semble être dans une impasse. Dans cet épisode, on se demande ce qui a mené à cette situation. Pour cela, il faut d'abord rappeler comment fonctionne le système politique français et comment il est organisé de manière à équilibrer les pouvoirs entre le Président, le gouvernement et le Parlement. Ensuite, on verra comment cet équilibre a été fragilisé ces dernières années.
