After 25 years at the Late Night desk, Conan realized that the only people at his holiday party are the men and women who work for him.

Over the years and despite thousands of interviews, Conan has never made a real and lasting friendship with any of his celebrity guests. So, he started a podcast to do just that.

Deeper, unboundedly playful, and free from FCC regulations, Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend is a weekly opportunity for Conan to hang out with the people he enjoys most and perhaps find some real friendship along the way.

Fantastic Podcast

Not a huge podcast person but this thing is phenomenal

I want to give 1 star just to screw with Conan, but just can’t

I’ve been a fan since I discovered Conan in the Netherlands in ‘96 and his comedy style just clicked with me. Unfortunately his show was off the air here two years later and was forced to live on internet scraps for decades. Fortunately Satan accepted my soul and the Podcast arrived. Conan O’Brien needs a friend is comedy gold and every episode is hilarious and/or very interesting. Matt and Sona are perfect and fuel for and fueled by Conan to create an energy that never fails to make me laugh.

Conan needs a Dave Chappelle.

Mr O’Brien would do well to sit down with Dave Chappelle and pick his comedic genius.
