EPS 588 Unlocking Abundance; How to Clear Money Blocks and Thrive with Michelle G Leblanc

EPS 588 Unlocking Abundance; How to Clear Money Blocks and Thrive with Michelle G Leblanc

My guest today is Michelle Leblanc. Michelle LeBlanc began her career as a clinical pharmacist in 1990. While it paid well, being a pharmacist, and approaching health and healing from the allopathic medicine approach, was never her passion. She realized how limiting and closed-minded that approach was very early in her career. Because of that, she's spent the past 30+ years immersing herself in learning numerous tools and modalities in the realm of holistic healing, psychology, mindset, neuroscience, stress management, nutrition, fitness, intuition, quantum physics as it relates to spirituality, etc. She also pursued a lot of topics which most people would consider to be new age and/or woo-woo. But because Michelle is also very left-brained, analytical, and logical, she approached it all through a scientist's lens. Those who know her best would describe her as a 'perfect dichotomy' - she loves being able to bridge the gap between science and spirituality. In this episode we discuss money mindset, manifestation, abundance, gratitude and money blocks.

"I spent over 30 years in In the medical field. And actually it was just a career I actually loathed. But I struggled because it was either, have financial stability and have the benefits for working for large hospital systems or make the leap and do something that would, fill my soul and was really my passion. " - 00:03:20
"Your mindset is basically that set point of where you are and it's the set point of how you operate."- 00:15:54
"I would say do things like reframing positive affirmations or just asking questions of the universe. Hey, universe, how can I do X, Y, and Z? And then I like to add as if by magic,  or instead of saying, I am a money,  I have money, I am abundant." - 00:31:26

EPS 584 Painting Past Fear; An Artists Toolkit for Creative Confidence with Monica Shulman

My guest today is Monica Shulman. Monica Shulman is a New York-based artist whose brand of gestural abstraction is a form of story-telling. Rooted in the traditions of abstract expressionism, Monica’s world is best described as colorful and rhythmic and her paintings reflect an evolving universe where communication is lessconcrete. Primarily self-taught, Monica creates sculptural surfaces through her heavily layered impastotechnique and her paintings exhibit a compulsive energy and the dynamic tension between recklessabandon and careful restraint. She engages the medium itself, specifically oil paint and oil pastel, as aparticipant in both her abstract and figurative works. In this episode we discuss art, confidence as an artist, creativity vs. artistic ability and mindset.
