    The Hawk!

    Thank you again for tuning into Dragons & Deadlifts! in this episode i have a guest from over the pond from the USA! who goes by the name of Dave! Power lifter, motivational talker and mental health advocate, has a series called Truck Thoughts with Dave on his Instagram (will tag it below) please check it out, it is very insightful and entertaining. Also my daughter decides she wants to make a vocal appearance!   I had the honor of sitting down and chatting with Dave who is humble and down to earth and all round nice human with taste for lifting heavy things!
