Rich Husband Killed Her For Dowry - Lucknow Madhu Singh Case

#SRPAY #truecrime #india #documentary On 5th August 2025, Madhu was found dead in her flat at Gomtinagar Extension. While Anurag claimed it was a suicide, Madhu’s family strongly alleged it was a case of dowry harassment and planned murder. Madhu belonged to a middle-class family and was known for her simplicity, kindness, and close bond with her loved ones. Her marriage in February 2025 was seen as a perfect match, but soon after, allegations of dowry demands, financial pressure, mental and physical harassment, and forced abortion began surfacing. Reports reveal that Anurag and his family allegedly demanded ₹15 lakh as dowry, of which Madhu’s family could only manage ₹5 lakh. WhatsApp messages, calls, and witness statements highlighted the abuse she was facing, including controlling behavior, restrictions, and force to consume alcohol. Tragically, on 5th August, Madhu was discovered hanging in her bedroom. Her family immediately rejected the suicide theory, pointing out that she was mentally strong, always in touch with them, and had even shared her fears about her husband. An FIR was filed under sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, including charges of cruelty, forced miscarriage, and dowry death. On 7th August 2025, Anurag Singh was arrested by Lucknow Police, and the case quickly became a high-profile dowry death investigation that shook the nation. tags: madhu singh case, lucknow dowry case, merchant navy officer dowry death, madhu singh murder case, anurag singh arrest, gomtinagar extension case, 2025 dowry death case, indian dowry cases, true crime india, sr pay madhu singh, dowry harassment in india, indian true crime documentary, madhu singh lucknow death, indian dowry death stories, indian crime cases 2025 Hosted on Acast. The Most Secret Places in the World

The Most Secret Places in the World - And the wild theories about what really happens inside. In the modern world, places are supposed to be accessible. People move freely around the country they live in and even between countries.  However, the most interesting, fascinating and mysterious locations in the world, even today, are strictly off limits to just about everyone.  Most of the places on this list are only accessible to those with the proper clearances, but some are not accessible to anyone at all. Regardless of the status of the places on this list, if you're searching for them, you absolutely do not have the proper access to visit them.  The tantalizing status of the unknown and the secret makes these spots remarkable. You probably have your own theories about what goes on at some of these locations. If you don't, we'll provide some. You may not have ever heard of a few of these places. In fact, there are government facilities in the United States -- and around the world -- that are unknown to people even in the highest levels of government.  Let's find out why. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/thewhyfiles/support Learn more about your ad choices. Ep. 6: The North Korea Model

North Korea has now successfully planted agents in companies over the world. And while businesses are getting better at flagging it, North Koreans still have to meet quota. Cybersecurity experts fear North Koreans will move to monetize their access, and data, beyond the paycheck. That data North Korean IT workers took, the source code they stole — even built in some cases — will come back to haunt these organizations. And it’s not just North Korea anymore. The remote IT worker scheme is now a playbook of its own: Cybercriminals and other nation states have adopted it, some with a reputation for far more destructive attacks. In this final episode, host and former New York Times cybersecurity reporter Nicole Perlroth also confronts how AI is leveling the playing field, and what it means that the one capability that has long eluded North Korea’s hackers — autonomous exploitation — is now within reach. To Catch a Thief is co-produced by Nicole Perlroth and Rubrik in partnership with Pod People. To Catch a Thief was written and produced by Nicole Perlroth, along with Khrista Rypl, T.
