Cuts through the fat stigma BS

Such a great listen. It’s a nuanced and well researched look at the science, history, social, environmental factors that have created our perceptions around fatness. Also, the presenter, Sasha is quite funny in delivering what are sometimes sad and infuriating insights. Wish all the episodes were there already so I could binge it. Get this in you ears podcats
