    Welcome back to Jas World cutie.  In this episode, I’m joined by spiritual psychotherapist Cindy Chau to explore how relationships are catalysts for healing. Cindy offers a clinical and spiritual perspective to discuss shadow work, navigating relational triggers, repairing conflict, relating to your partner with a different attachment style, navigating breakups, manifesting love, and more.     Healing the Inner Child with Natasha Levinger

    In this episode, I'm joined by Natasha Levinger to learn how you can connect with your inner child to develop greater self-trust, fulfilling relationships, and authentic self-expression.
