    It's been a minute since we've chatted :' ) If you're wondering where I've been, I took an 8 month hiatus from the podcast... and life because I was going thru it tbh 😭😭 But I'm back! And as we approach the one-year mark since the beginning of what I like to call "my downfall," today's episode is all about reflecting on my healing journey over the past year. The journey was a hard one. Lots of pain, tears, and struggles with self-worth. But amidst the hurt, I formed lots of new experiences, relationships and memories along the way.
