Calmed almost immediately despite the ads

Even if there are plenty of preceding ads, the episodes are golden. It’s worth waiting for and listening to. I’m going to get an ad-free subscription to this podcast. That’s the only solution if you don’t like ads and I think it’s worth it. Sel releases so consistently that the over 200 episodes and growing is a great sign of their intent to really help people find and experience calm. Thank you Sel!
