    In today’s episode of the AIOps Corner podcast, we highlight clips from the Ask me Anything session Bala Rajaraman, IBM Fellow and Master Inventor hosted at the AIOps Technical Council (AOTC 2026).  Bala fields questions from Joe Lavallee a Systems Programmer at Bank of America and Ramu Kristam a CICS Systems Programmer at Truist Financial.  Bank of America was interested in a real use case for AI to satisfy enterprise operations management requirements.  Truist Financial was interested in learning how optimization can be achieved with OpenTelemetry across multiple vendor solutions within the enterprise.  As always Bala shares his insights from navigating AI solutions and proposals across multiple client engagements.     Financial Institution talks Agentic AI and IBM Z AIOps
