    Royals Win 7-6 as Mike Trout Strikes Out to End It

    The Angels made it interesting, but the comeback falls JUST SHORT at the Big A! On the latest ToddFox Postgame Show, Todd breaks down an exciting and frustrating 7-6 loss to the Kansas City Royals at Angel Stadium. The Halos could have folded, but instead they battled back and gave themselves a chance to steal this game late. With the crowd getting into it and the Angels threatening to complete the comeback, it came down to Mike Trout with a chance to keep the game alive. Unfortunately, Trout struck out to end it, and the Royals escaped Anaheim with the 7-6 victory.     ANOTHER WASTED PITCHING PERFORMANCE! Angels Fall 4-1 to Rangers in 10 Innings

    The Angels pitching staff did everything it could to keep this game alive, but once again, the offense couldn't deliver. The Halos fall 4-1 to the Texas Rangers in 10 innings at Angel Stadium, wasting another strong night of pitching. The game stayed tight deep into the night, but when the Angels needed somebody to come through with a big hit, the bats were nowhere to be found. Good pitching can only carry you for so long. Eventually Texas broke through in extra innings, putting up the runs that decided the game while the Angels' offense continued its brutal stretch. On the ToddFox Postgame Show, we're talking about another wasted opportunity, an offense that simply isn't producing enough runs, and the growing frustration of watching the pitching staff keep games competitive only for the lineup to give them almost no margin for error.     Another Wasted Start! Angels Out-Hit Orioles but Fall 3-1

    The frustration continues for the Halos. The Angels dropped another close game, falling 3-1 to the Baltimore Orioles despite one of the best starts of Greyson Rodriguez's Angels career. Rodriguez gave the Halos every opportunity to win, but the offense once again failed to cash in when it mattered most. Adding to the frustration, the Angels actually out-hit the Orioles, yet couldn't come through with runners in scoring position. The bats went cold once again, turning another quality pitching performance into another disappointing loss.
