A better, British “Lore”

I recommend this show as a better, British version of Lore.

Richard MacLean Smith’s writing is some of the highest quality I’ve encountered in Podcasting. His descriptions are equal parts interesting, charming, and haunting. He chooses interesting topics and keeps them the focus of his show. And, his music creates just the right mysterious aesthetic.

“Unexplained” might be the highest quality paranormal podcast in a very crowded field.

Hard to listen to

Stories would be more interesting if the reader was more interesting…MONOTONE

Great stories, but…

The story contents are very interesting but have a hard time with the narrator’s inflections and solemn voice and tone. Shelving it for now.
