Gifts of the Wyrd

I recently started listening to this podcast and although I’m not a heathen, you don’t need to be to listen in. I enjoy learning about the Norse pantheon and how the old ways are interpreted in today’s world. John is an excellent interviewer and host making all his guests feel welcome. I’m a bit late in finding this podcast, but I’m so glad I did.

I’ve been looking for some inclusive voices in heathenry and this show is a great resource. The topics are interesting, perspectives are enlightening, and the show feels friendly and inviting. Please don’t stop making content!

Totally lost me when the lady said ”Thor really embrace queerness” in regards to Þrymskviða. Pagan podcasts are like weird erotic fan fictions obsessed with assigning modern concepts of sexuality and gender to the oldest and most divine gods. 🤷‍♂️
