Good content but the audio is so bad that I can’t hear it

I started listening to a 2019 episode from a seminar with Apartment Owners and the man speaking at the start spoke such vile garbage I will not give any other episode from this attorney a chance. Comparing the “hardships” of apartment owners to the holocaust is above and beyond. You should be ashamed that you have that kind of garbage a platform.
