    Challenge All Beliefs

    We each have a unique mental construct that is comprised of all of our beliefs. This forms our perspective. Our perspective is translated into a vibration, which then creates our reality.  To raise our vibration, we must endeavor adjust our set of beliefs from limiting to empowering. None of our beliefs are actually true. Empowering beliefs are more true and limiting beliefs hold us to more limited perspectives.     The Unconditional Approach To Life

    The conditions of your life have no power to make you feel good or bad. They are always neutral. Conditions trigger beliefs. Most people do not realize the emotions they feel are not generated by outside conditions, they're simply shifts in perspective. When something happens that that makes you feel good, you automatically raise your perspective in response. But when something triggers a limiting belief, you drop your perspective and feel negative emotion. The actual conditions are not responsible for this yo-yo approach to life. It's all about perspective. In this episode, Joshua explains how to let go of outside conditions and adjust your beliefs instead. You can't control the conditions, but you can process your beliefs and maintain a much higher perspective. This is the unconditional approach to life.     Fear Creates An Illusion

    We all live in our own illusion. That illusion is caused by fear. The more fear, the greater the illusion. If you were able to raise your perspective to the level of your inner self, the illusion would vanish. However, that's not really possible and so the illusion persists. What we can do is choose the highest perspective we can believe at any moment. When you're able to do that, you gain clarity, because the illusion becomes transparent.     Everything Is Always Working Out

    Prior to our birth, each of us set our intentions for what we wanted to explore in this lifetime. On our other podcast 'An Unimaginable Life' we have a series called "Dead Talks," where Christy brings in famous people from the nonphysical. For those of us who are following Joshua's teachings, one of our pre-birth intentions is to have a massive shift in perspective over one lifetime.     Ascension And Beliefs

    As you expand your perspective, you will ascend out of the illusion of separation. You will ascend out of slower, more pressurized densities into lighter, faster, freer and more abundanant densities. This is the path of ascension. To do this, you must open up your beliefs. Limiting beliefs cannot exist as you move out of the limited densities. You must be open to new possibilities and definitions.     Uncovering Deep, Dark Limiting Beliefs

    As you do the work to uncover and process limiting beliefs, you shift your perspective upwards. This moves you into higher, lighter and faster densities. In these densities of love, abundance and freedom, you will face manifestation events that uncover deeper and sometimes more painful limiting beliefs. Sometimes, people call this Shadow Work. These deeper beliefs cannot exist in the higher densities and so they must be dealt with. The wonderful thing is that as soon as you become aware of them and acknowledge them, they begin to dissipate easily and this gives room for greater self-love.
