The Weave represents the best of college basketball. They put extraordinary effort into their coverage of not just the high majors, but the mids & lower leagues. The podcasts, previews, & a special shout out to Jim's roster sheet are all invaluable for the CBB fan.
I'm torn as we go through the summer of litigation. I feel like the NCAA once again dropped the ball by not just declaring all 2022s eligible for one more year, which made the lawsuits predictable. Why stop these guys from playing when 8/10 classes from 2017-2026 will get 5 years eligibility, as will everyone going forward?
On the other hand, I'm sick of the lawyers, the roster confusion, and (especially) the Will Wade/RJ Luis of it all.
Who are you guys siding with? At this point, do you want the NCAA admins to win & for all the grads to go away, or do you want the players to win and get one more shot at collegiate glory (as well as infusing the game with another year of crazy talent)?
My lean is to support the players, except the RJ Luis/TKR types that already entered the pro ranks. Curious where you all land.
