Adam Sandler Please Stop

is really funny! ...listening to you guys complain about punching down in "they're all gonna laugh at you" reminded me why I think it's funny. The beating of a high school janitor will always be funny, and Sandler's greatest asset if his perpetual immaturity.

I normally don’t like to write a bad review on podcasts, but this felt necessary. I am a very huge Adam Sandler fan and I have watched his movies my whole life and will watch them until I the day I die. I needed a new podcast to listen to, so I thought that an Adam Sandler podcast would be perfect. I hadn’t realized that it was a podcast that did nothing but hate on him until I started listening for a few minutes. Learning this I tried to give it a try with an unbiased, open perspective. I expected constructive criticism and well thought out feedback about his writing and acting. Instead the hosts criticized not only Adam, but his wife and teenage daughters for their appearance. They even said that Sadie Sandler ( who they referred to as “Sunny Sandler”) had “horse teeth”. They had obviously done zero research in advance or had any prior knowledge of the Sandler’s. They even called the daughters by each other’s name. This podcast seemed utterly pointless and a waste of time, but I was even more shocked to learn that they had spent 8 years of their lives hating a man, not for his wrongdoings, but his movies and appearance. If you are smart, you shouldn’t waste 8 seconds of life listening to these people spew unnecessary nonsense.

The album concept is a little dense, it’s been coming out a few tracks a year for about a decade, and so far The Sandman hasn’t been on it, but the folk he’s got on the tracks released so far are pretty funny. He’s got a pretty good sense of humor to have people roasting him on this album for ten years as an opener. Abba doobie flizzom flop.

Even though I like some of the movies that the hosts don’t, it’s always fun to hear what they think. The format of the show is also very well done and keeps you engaged. Definitely recommend!
