I listen to a bunch of different health/fitness related podcasts and love them each for what they bring to the table. With Strength Agenda, Tom brings in guests that help expand my strength knowledge base, with topics that are broad enough to keep my not-so-technical brain engaged. Looking forward to season 2!

Season 1 was a huge success in my mind. This podcast is a must for any strength athlete regardless of sport/discipline. Perfect mix of knowledge and fun. Can’t wait for season 2!
Informative & Insightful...But Fun Too!

These days everyone and their mom has a podcast. Not every podcast is worth listening to. The Strength Agenda is not one of those. Tom Sroka and his guests-- which so far have included gold medalist and giants of their profession-- are having fun while talking about things every coach needs to know. There's many ways to skin a cat (ie there's many ways to coach) and if you listen the Strength Agenda then eventually you're going to hear about all of them. That means you and your athletes will become better armed with knowledge bombs and will be able to succeed over your peers on and off the platform/field.
