    I'm 30, UNEMPLOYED, living at home | HOW I GOT HERE (Ages 24-30) | 2020-2026

30, Flirty, Not Yet Thriving..The suburbs are so isolating, I NEED a walkable city to be SOCIAL and OUTSIDE of my phone, OUTSIDE of my shoebox, OUTSIDE of the digital graveyard.. I just wish it was as easy to move to and was the NYC of the 90s to be a part of and come up in. I hope I can find not a job but a CAREER to sustain a great life to LIVE in than survive, I'm tired. Wishing for some magic to happen and for life to finally permanently turn around for the better!!Timestamps:0:00 - Intro1:33 - Social Media and Mental Health13:17 - Returning to Podcasting14:00 - Thoughts on LinkedIn17:12 - Health and Career Journey25:19 - Navigating the NYC Job Market50:43 - Next Steps and Activism52:13 - Outro

    me and white supremacy

just as toxic masculinity is a male problem, white supremacy is a white people problem. In this week's episode, I discuss the beginnings of Layla F. Saad's book, Me and White Supremacy: How to Combat Racism, Change the World, and Be a Good Ancestor. I share a bit of my experiences but not journal entries to not trigger any emotional trauma within the BIPOC communities but relate to a lot of Saad's writings. Please purchase, read the book yourselves, and do the work! There's so much to educate yourself on in doing that Layla F. Saad provides guidance and journals prompts to best navigate with. Let's work together and Be good ancestors! Thank you, Layla F. Saad.

    the beautiful truths behind spiraling

so you're spiraling, that's a good thing! what a great thing! On this week's episode of Where the Magic Happens, I share with you some updates prior to this mercury retrograde we are entering. I talk about my p***y, my oral health, and drastic extremes I've taken myself with my mental health. I embrace a scrumptious analogical concept behind spiraling and the beautiful truths we meet with it that unravel. I briefly go into my experience with babysitting and working with kids and how monumental it's been for my inner child developing and healing towards capabilities to the self and to my acting capabilities. We briefly also discuss systematic racism in Hollywood and the revelations behind characters that we all hold within us as told by Anthony Meindl and his philosophy. It's another episode about identity, my inner child, imposter syndrome, and my acting capabilities! I hope you all enjoy this one, thanks for listening!!

toxic boss, toxic workspace, & gaslighting

In this week's episode, I share my toxic experience working as a bartender, the strength within my self worth and value I knew better of myself to be, and ways to move out of that energy/space. I also provide a couple methods I've started to try as ways to combat my morning into evening bedridden depressions if you too suffer from this frustration. Finally, we move into ways we can create a safer space and world for all communities of people. F**k racism, Islamopobia, transphobia, homophobia, etc...the list goes on and on, f**k the colonizer mindset's b******t. be kind, inclusive, welcoming, and accepting; Progress Up! not backwards towards hatred and bigotry.
