ACT Top Cop Backs Bikie Ban – Kolkata Tree – Thar Roxx Hit-and-Run – 2,000 Helmet Fines

Today on Black Dragon Biker TV:Canberra / ACT. Chief Police Officer Scott Lee is publicly backing anti-consorting laws — the kind already used in most of Australia that let cops ban named people from associating. He says five outlaw motorcycle clubs are in the ACT now, about 45 members and 20 associates. Labor governments have blocked these laws as a clash with the Human Rights Act. Lee’s pitch: disrupt public gatherings and national runs. Not a magic wand. Also on the table: colour/patch bans and warrantless firearm searches. That’s a ban on meeting, not just a ticket.Kolkata / Salt Lake. Storm season dropped trees on riders and parked cars. One motorcyclist was hurt when a tree came down near Indira Bhavan; a parked car was smashed with it. Same pattern in AE Block and Lake Town. Weather, not a club beef — still a reminder that the road doesn’t care about your cut.Dwarka Expressway, Delhi–Gurugram. Dashcam: a Mahindra Thar Roxx (plate circulating as HR16AG5200) weaves, squeezes a gap between a car and a bike after 8 p.m. Saturday, knocks rider and pillion down, and leaves. Both on the bike had helmets; injuries reported as minor. Police collecting details. Hit-and-run in a cage is still hit-and-run.Greece. In one week police stopped about 20,000 two-wheel and scooter riders and wrote nearly 2,200 helmet tickets — just under 2,000 drivers and 167 passengers. Athens took the most. New code: €350 and a 30-day licence hit for no lid. Helmet is not fashion. It’s the difference between a fine and a funeral.News and commentary. Why No Biker Boyz II – Slow at the Light – Smoke’s Hayabusa – Cat Tree Thanks

Today on Black Dragon Biker TV: A Black woman on a motorcycle and a white man in a big truck turn a red light into a lecture. He says she was riding too slow and that he never went that slow when he rode. Was that advice — or should he have stayed in his lane? We talk respect on two wheels vs. a cage driver who thinks the throttle is a personality. What did Laurence Fishburne actually ride as Smoke, “King of Cali,” in Biker Boyz (2003)? A customized 1999 Suzuki Hayabusa GSX1300R — stretched swingarm, slammed, silver/gold-magenta paint. Fastest production bike on earth when it dropped. Fishburne is a real rider (Guggenheim Motorcycle Club). Derek Luke’s Kid was on a GSX-R750. Dogg: ZX-12R. The movie put Black sportbike culture on a studio screen. It also did $23.5 million on a $24 million budget and sits at 22% on Rotten Tomatoes. That’s one reason there was never a Biker Boyz II. Hollywood doesn’t greenlight sequels to “almost broke even” street-racing movies. The culture didn’t need DreamWorks to keep riding.Thank you to the generous subscriber who sent Tahmehrah’s cat tree. Bandidos vs Mongols Shootout & Thunderguard Police Fight Bodycam vs the Narrative

Today on Black Dragon Biker TV: West Texas. Midland PD and the Texas Anti-Gang Center say Bandido Gilbert Roman Corrales, 43, of Odessa was arrested after a Mongols rider from El Paso was shot on Loop 250. Days later five alleged Mongols were locked up for a beating and stabbing they say was payback. One side calls it a hit. The other side calls it self-defense after getting surrounded. Charges are still the story — not the comments section.Fairfield, New Jersey. Thunderguards member Marcelo Valencia-Solis, 44, is charged with felony assault on a cop, resisting, a gun, knives, and plate tampering after a Harley stop at the Two Bridges Wawa. Body-cam is public (Independent Online News / Insane Throttle). Watch the tape. Then ask if the “felony assault on police” headline matches what the camera shows.ACT Policing in Canberra says it arrested seven men it alleges are tied to Bandidos and a multi-million-dollar cocaine pipeline. Searches of seven properties and two vehicles. Police claim cash, coke, a modified Glock, and club gear. Investigation started in 2025 and they say more charges may come.Join us. Suspect in TGI Fridays Shooting Released Sonja Bruner Case Lavish Biker Bash

Today on Black Dragon Biker TV: The 35-year-old Southfield man identified as the shooter in the TGI Fridays parking lot killing of Sonja Bruner, 58, has been released from custody. Southfield police say they submitted a warrant to the Oakland County Prosecutor and could not keep holding him while they wait. Released is not the same as cleared. Charges can still come. The story is everywhere. Family, slingshot community, and social media are all writing their version. We look at whether this stains the motorcycle community — and how Detroit Police Commissioner Lavish T. Williams has handled it so far: apology to guests, “Detroit is not a bad place, bikers are not bad people,” and holding for the investigation.Facts first. Then the narrative fight.
