Rear Window (1954)

Break out that telephoto lens because we are spying on the neighbors with Alfred Hitchcock's 1954 masterpiece, Rear Window. Part technical exercise (a la Rope), part treatise on marriage and gender roles, the film finds Jimmy Stewart debating Grace Kelly in between trying to solve a potential murder across the courtyard. Dreamcatcher (2003)

Watch out for "ister gay" (oof), take some Gas-X and bite our bags because we're talking Lawrence Kasdan's baffling 2003 adaptation of Stephen King's equally baffling novel Dreamcatcher. This is a podcast that really rewards being a horror fan. Their Patreon is worth paying for too. Recently became a fan after watching Mothman Prophecies and wanting a good podcast to make that experience feel worth it, and fell in love with the way these two (and their occasional guests) talk about horror movies! They also cover under discussed movies like Nocturnal Animals, Curse of Chucky, or Rob Zombie’s Halloween. Even when they dislike a movie that I like, they’re still a great listen. Would love to hear them cover [Rec] 2. That movie does not get enough love, and is secretly a masterpiece. Either way, I’ll be listening a bunch!

I love listening to Joe and Trace! I found them through their episode on Death Becomes Her, and have been hooked ever since. I’m not even a big horror fan but I enjoy listening to them describe movies, and their rapport is so fun!
