    14 | A Prayer to Water

    Water is around us, within us, and moving through us. This episode is an invitation into prayer with water. A prayer to the rivers, oceans, rain, tears, and ancient waters of this Earth, and in turn, a prayer to the waters within our own bodies. Bring a glass of water into your hands. Sit beside a river.     12 | She Held an Ancient Soul Seed of Gaia

    Fresh out of a powerful client session, I closed the Zoom room and immediately hit record. In this episode, I reflect on what unfolded as a woman remembered that she carries an ancient soul seed of Gaia within her—and what became possible as we followed that remembrance through the body, across lifetimes, and into the living Earth herself. I often say I don’t have words for the work I do. The truth is, I very much have the words. I have simply kept so much of this work secret. Sacred. Protected within the intimate space between myself, Spirit, and the person in front of me. But something is changing. I am ready to speak about what happens inside these rooms. The places we travel. The memories held within the soul. The frequencies that move through the body. The ancient identities waiting beneath the stories of this lifetime. The way Gaia recognizes her own.
