I’ve been a programmer, project manager, senior manager, and principal technical program manager. I am also a follower and believer in Jesus. I created OneChristianMan.com and Flesh Tamers Fitness to fulfill the mission God has for me. This podcast will be a small view into my thoughts and feelings about what is going on in life, in my country, the world, and the spiritual battles that take place every day.

    My First Marathon Training - Tulsa Route 66 Marathon

    A few notes from my 12 weeks of training for the Tulsa Route 66 marathon. Utilizing a 12-week Strava beginner marathon plan from McMillan Running.  In Race nutrition will include Gatorade Endurance and Nature Valley protein bars (190 cals, carbs and small amount of protein).
