The Letisha Bereola Show

Letisha Bereola

The world is changing faster than anyone predicted. AI is reshaping the economy, identity is under pressure, and most Christian content is still talking about the same things it talked about 10 years ago. This show is for the woman who knows something is shifting — spiritually, culturally, in the world around her — and needs someone willing to go there with her. Not from a pulpit. Not with polished answers. But from the road, in real time, with an open Bible and eyes wide open. Tish is a former journalist and communicator who believes the Holy Spirit is the sharpest analyst in the room — and that Kingdom theology has something to say about everything happening right now. The economy. Technology. Identity. Power. All of it. If you're spiritually hungry but tired of content that plays it safe — you're in the right place. He Took You the Long Way (And He's Been With You the Whole Time)

Everything is going well — the job, the business, the family, the health — and yet something feels out of order. In this stripped-down, unglamorous return to the mic, Tish gets honest about the restlessness of being blessed but off-track, and the simple call she's been circling around for decades: her voice. Turning to Exodus 13:17, she sits with a truth that reframes the wandering seasons: God didn't lead the Israelites by the shortest road to the Promised Land — He took them the long way, on purpose, for their good. This is a conversation about recommitment, about resisting the pull toward flashier ideas, and about the quiet gift of building something in relationship with God rather than rushing the destination. In this episode: Why "something feels off" can be an invitation rather than an indictment The difference between the simple thing God called you to and the busier, "sexier" projects that fill the void What Exodus 13:17 reveals about the wilderness as a chosen path, not a wrong turn How God develops something in us during the pauses and off-seasons A challenge: what seed has God planted that you've moved away from? Key verse: Exodus 13:17 — "He took them the long way for their own good." Reflection question: What has God called you to that may not be glamorous or flashy — and are you ready to make space for it again? The Blueprint Emma Grede Won't Give You

In this episode, I'm not here to pile on Emma or cancel her blueprint. I'm here to do something harder — hold it up against the living Word and ask what a Christian woman should do with it. Because some of what Emma is saying? I can hear the whispers of God. But most of it? We need our discernment glasses on. We get into: Why the allure of Emma's message is so real — especially if you're an ambitious girl who's always had big dreams The love of money vs. money itself — and why that distinction matters for Christian women building wealth (1 Timothy 6:10) Why the order of things is everything — Emma says start with yourself, Jesus says start with me (Matthew 6:33) What happens when we build without an eternal perspective — and what we might be trading without realizing it (Matthew 6:19-21) The Romans 12:2 antidote — why daily renewal of the mind isn't optional when the world is this loud The Indiana Jones scene that perfectly illustrates what we're all choosing between   This isn't a judgment on Emma. It's a mirror for us. "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind." — Romans 12:2             My top pick for you is #3 — it's the most provocative without being mean-spirited, and it names the tension you're actually exploring in the episode. It'll get clicks from both camps: women who love Emma and women who are skeptical of her. The curiosity gap is wide open. I Gave God Everything Except the One Thing I Wanted Most

Maybe you can relate. Maybe there's a part of your life where you've been saying "God, bless this plan" instead of "God, what's YOUR plan?" Your career? Your relationships? Your financial security? The impact you want to make? In this episode, I'm getting vulnerable about the secret kingdom I've been running in my heart—the protected space where I wanted God's approval but not necessarily His leadership. And I'm discovering that I'm not alone in this. So many of us have these little kingdoms we've built, and we don't even realize we're exhausted from trying to be both the queen AND let God be king. We'll talk about what true surrender actually looks like (and why it's not as scary as it sounds), what happens when we finally stop protecting our plans, and why a life fully surrendered to God isn't a boring consolation prize—it's actually beyond anything we could manufacture on our own. This conversation is for anyone who's tired of the tension between their plans and God's peace. For the ambitious woman who's starting to wonder if maybe... just maybe... there's more freedom in letting go than in holding on so tight. Come process this with me. I'm still figuring it out myself, and I'd love for you to be part of the journey. The Kingdom of God: What Jesus's First Teaching Reveals About Modern Christianity

Modern Christianity doesn't look like Jesus anymore. So I went back to Mark 1 to find out what we've been missing.I've been feeling disconnected—from the noise, the politics, the culture wars, the influencers using faith to justify positions that look nothing like Christ. So I made a decision: I needed to get clear on who Jesus actually was and what His mission was really about. When I opened Mark chapter 1 and read Jesus's very first public message, everything clicked. After decades of following Christ, I finally understood what I'd been missing: "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent and believe in the gospel." — Mark 1:14-15 Four sentences. That's how Jesus opened His ministry. Not with "be a good person" or "love everyone" (though those flow from this). He came announcing a KINGDOM. And understanding what that means changes everything about how we follow Him. In this episode, we explore: What "the kingdom of God" actually means (it's not just heaven when you die)Why Jesus led with THIS message instead of all the other things He could have saidWhat it looks like to be a kingdom-bearer versus just being a "good Christian"How this shifts our entire paradigm of faith in a world that's lost its wayIf you've been confused, disappointed, or feeling disconnected from what Christianity has become, this conversation is for you. Let's get back to Jesus's own words and rediscover what it means to be His disciple. I'd love to hear from you: Are you ready to see your faith through a kingdom lens? DM me or comment—we can't do this kingdom work alone.
