Ep. 28 Koach Karlee Welder - Holistic Nutritionist

Hey Hey!  In today's episode, I bring you my good friend and fellow Healthy Lifestyle Coach, Karlee Welder - Holistic Nutritionist Karlee and I met when we we both teamed up with Enagic (or magic water as we like to call it), and have stayed in touch over the past couple of years. Karlee decided that affiliate marketing just wasn't her passion and she decided to dive back into what she originally went to school for, and I'm so glad she did! She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to health and nutrition, and one of the reasons Karlee and I gravitate to one another, is the fact that we both strongly believe that eating clean and living a healthy lifestyle DOES NOT need to be complicated. We also both love fitness and our main passion is helping people achieve the goals they desire in a sustainable way! In this episode Karlee and I discuss: How living a clean and healthy life can be simple and the reasons so many people fail when they begin a new health journey Tips on how to make small changes in your daily routine to improve your overall wellness Different types of nutrition and our personal opinions on some examples ***Please NOTE*** I am not a doctor or nutritionist, I have just formed my own opinion on some diets and trends that are out there today based on my own experience. Please do your own research, and form your own opinion on some of the topics discussed today We even chat a little bit about Covid-19 **again, please do your own research** Karlee's course "THE UN-MEAL PLAN" is launching this September so be sure to check out her socials and shoot Karlee a DM if you have any interest in giving her amazing coaching a try!  Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/koachkarlee/ ~ Link In Bio for access to her EBOOK Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/koachkarlee Lastly, please share this episode with your friends and family, post to your stories and be sure to tag @ashleyc.enrichedlife so that more people can benefit from our future episodes. Ep. 27 Tyler Caldwell - Screw The Stereotype

Tradesman Turned Media Buyer Tyler grew up in a small mining community and was destined to form a career within the industry. After high-school, Tyler took up a trade and went to work. Over time Tyler realized that being in a trade was NOT his lifetime gig. The long hours and sub-par working conditions ( -40 winters in Fort McMurray) had taken their toll and Tyler wanted out. Tyler's first born son was also on the way, and this was the real driving factor for him to get out of the industry and find something where he would be home more so that he wouldn't miss the special moments in his sons life.  Then he saw an ad....How to become a digital marketer! 3.5 years later, Tyler is now the proud owner of his own marketing agency and has yet to miss a day of his sons life.  Against all odds, Tyler went for something he believed in and found huge success.  You can find Tyler on both Facebook and Instagram @tcaldwell425 Music Credits https://www.toneden.io/ikson/post/a-while-feat-carl-storm-free-download

We share insight to the many different opportunities there are within the online space, and how if you don't want to run a company or want to be the face of a brand, that's cool! Ep. 24 What you "THINK" your business should look like

When I started my business, I really didn't have a clue what I was doing! I just followed the masses and tried to keep up. I had a lot to learn. A lot of growth and understanding needed to occur within myself before my business could get to where I wanted it to be! And over the past 2 years I have changed so much. I have built myself up only to tear it all down and start over...3 TIMES!!!! And that's okay. Because as I grew as a woman, a mom, an entrepreneur and now a lifecoach, my business had to grow and change and adapt with me.  I never gave up.... So here I am, 2 years later, finally figuring this whole thing out. Understanding that the way I thought my business was going to look and the way it actually looks are two very different things. Realizing that my business IS NOT about me, it's about the people I've been put here to help. And sharing my gifts is the most rewarding thing I could ever do, even though, when I started my business I took those gifts for granted and continued to look for something on the outside that was "GOING TO MAKE ME FAST MONEY WITH VERY LITTLE WORK"...... BAHAHAHA RIGHT! Lesson learned. Moving on.  So if you're new to business, running a side hustle, or feel stuck in your current situation with your business, listen up! You are not alone, and there is a light at the end of the tunnel!
