    #474 - Energy Update for November 1 - 8: Election Week Astrology

    🪐 Election Week is bringing some pretty intense energy! We have six planets retrograde, plus Mars entering its pre-retrograde shadow on November 5. That's a lot of energy asking us to slow down, rethink things, question what we believe, and look at what's no longer working. And with the U.S. midterm elections on Tuesday, there's plenty to talk about! 🗳️ Astrologically, we're looking at some BIG themes. Mercury retrograde asks us to question the information we're receiving. Venus retrograde brings up fairness, justice, money, and our shared values. Uranus retrograde in Gemini points to major changes in communication, media, and technology. And Saturn, Neptune, and Chiron have us questioning leadership, institutions, truth, accountability, freedom, and personal power. Holy shit, what a combination for an election! 🔍 And here's an interesting timing detail: Mercury reaches its Cazimi on November 4, just after the election. This can bring moments of insight, new perspectives, and things coming to light. With Mercury in Scorpio, we're looking beneath the surface, asking questions, and digging for the truth. We could have some big aha moments! ✨ November also carries some interesting numerology. It's a 3 Universal Month, which is about communication, creativity, and self-expression. But November is also the 11th month, and 11 is a Master Number associated with spiritual insight and illumination. Combined with the Mercury Cazimi, some things will come to light! 💫 We're living through some extraordinary times, and I think we'll look back on this period as a major turning point. But we don't have to wait to see what happens next. We can decide what matters to us, what we stand for, and what kind of future we want to create. Go slow, be easy on yourself and others, and do a little soul-searching. And remember, 11/11 is coming up next week, followed by Mercury and Venus both going direct on November 13. More shifts ahead!

    ✨ Weekly Energy Update | October 25 – November 1, 2026 ✨ 🌕 We’re wrapping up October with a CRAZY amount of energy! We’re in deep, transformative Scorpio season, Mercury just went retrograde, and we have five planets plus Chiron retrograde. Tonight’s Taurus Hunter’s Moon reminds us to slow down, get grounded, enjoy life’s simple pleasures, and take a practical look at our money, relationships, and self-worth. With Venus retrograde, Pluto stirring things up, and a Finger of God formation pointing toward change, this is a time to rethink what matters and be intentional about where we’re headed. 🔮 This powerful full moon kicks off a week that takes us into Halloween, Samhain (the Witches’ New Year), and the Day of the Dead. These celebrations come from different cultures and have their own meanings, but they share themes of honoring those who came before us, reflecting on life and death, and making room for new beginnings. As we move into the darker half of the year, we’re also reminded to slow down, turn inward, and pay attention to our own cycles of change. 🦋 This is also a time when we may feel more connected to the spiritual world and more aware of signs from loved ones who have passed. Think songs that remind you of someone, meaningful coincidences, feathers, butterflies, or vivid dreams.     Scorpio season begins October 23, bringing some intense, transformative energy. Scorpio invites us to face our fears, uncover old beliefs, and let go of what isn't working anymore. It's time to get honest with ourselves and reclaim our power! Mercury goes retrograde in Scorpio on October 24, joining Venus retrograde in a period of reflection and reassessment. We may find ourselves rethinking old beliefs, communication patterns, and the stories we tell ourselves. This is especially relevant to our relationship with money, including the financial habits and beliefs we picked up from our families. Once we understand where those patterns came from, we can begin to change them. On October 23, retrograde Venus aligns with the Sun in a Venus Cazimi, also known as a Venus Star Point. This midpoint of the Venus retrograde cycle is a moment of insight around love, money, values, and self-worth. Watch for those aha moments that help you recognize what you really want and what you're ready to change. Scorpio is associated with the phoenix rising from the ashes, reminding us that we can reinvent ourselves at any age. This season is about stepping into our power, owning our choices, and creating a life on our own terms. Instead of telling yourself, “I can't afford to do that,” try asking, “This is what I want.     Pluto Goes Direct in Aquarius! On October 15, Pluto finally turns direct after being retrograde since May. Pluto will be in Aquarius for about 20 years, bringing major changes to society and the way we live for generations to come. Pluto is about power, transformation, and tearing down what isn't working, while Aquarius is all about innovation, technology, community, and doing things differently. The last time Pluto was in Aquarius, from 1778 to 1798, we saw revolutions, challenges to authority, and the creation of new systems of government. Sound familiar?  🔎 I like to think of Pluto as the cosmic detective. It shines a light on the things we sometimes try to ignore: what we fear, what we hide, and what we're trying to control. During Pluto's retrograde, we've had an opportunity to look beneath the surface and reconsider what's important to us. Now, as Pluto turns direct, it's time to do something with those realizations. You might find yourself saying, "I can't do it like this anymore!" Maybe it's a habit, a relationship, or a work situation you've outgrown. Pluto helps us get to the root of the problem, break old patterns, and take our power back.  💰 And since October is Money Month here at Abundology, let's talk about how this applies to our relationship with money!     #468 - 2027 Spiritual Business Planning: How to Prepare Your Business for the Year Ahead

    What if the best time to prepare your business for 2027 isn't January 2027...but right now? In this episode, I'm talking with Valerie Demont, Conscious Business Mentor, about why this fall is such an important time to pause, reflect, and consciously prepare your business for the year ahead. We're looking at 2027 through three different lenses: Astrology, Numerology, and Human Design, and all three point to a pretty significant shift in the way we do business. One of the biggest reasons to start planning now is Mars retrograde at the beginning of 2027, lasting until April 1. Mars is the planet of action, drive, and forward movement, so when it's retrograde, the energy tends to be more internal. Rather than charging ahead, the beginning of 2027 may be better suited for reviewing, reassessing, restructuring, and figuring out what really works before pushing forward. And then there's Numerology. 2027 is an 11 Universal Year, which is a Master Number. Eleven brings themes of intuition, inspiration, spiritual awakening, vision, and new ways of thinking. It's not necessarily about doing business the way we've always done it.  We also talk about a major shift happening in Human Design: the movement from the Cross of Planning to the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix. This is a huge collective transition that happens only about every 400 years, and it represents a fundamental change in the way we relate to community, support, independence, and the way we build our lives and businesses. So what does all of this mean for your business? It means this fall is a great time to prepare. And then we get into one of the biggest changes happening in business right now: AI. With Uranus in Gemini, we're seeing a massive acceleration in technology, communication, information, and artificial intelligence. AI is already changing the way we work, market, communicate, and run our businesses. But the question isn't simply, "How do I use AI?" It's "How do I consciously use AI without losing the human part of my business?"     #467 - Energy Update for Oct 4 - 11: Libra New Moon

    🌑 It’s a big week energetically! Venus officially went retrograde on October 3, and on Saturday, October 10, we have a powerful Libra New Moon on 10/10. Because Venus rules Libra, she’s basically the star of this New Moon, asking us to get really honest about our relationships, money, values, and what we actually want. And because Venus is retrograde in Scorpio, we’re not getting away with surface-level answers. It’s time for some serious soul-searching.  ⚖️ This Libra New Moon is all about balance, relationships, and getting honest about what you want your life to look and feel like. Libra isn’t about making everyone else happy. It’s about creating a life that feels harmonious for you. And with Jupiter bringing expansion and Saturn bringing a reality check, we’re being reminded that creating more balance doesn’t necessarily mean making our lives smaller. Sometimes balance means making more room for the things we love.  💰 And because Venus is also connected to money, October is officially Money Month here at Abundology! This month I’m looking at our relationship with money, including how we spend it, how we think about it, and how we can move out of scarcity and into a healthier relationship with it. I’ll be talking about money throughout the month, plus I have some fun things planned, including a podcast with Valerie Demont about preparing your business for 2027, a live conversation about money manifesting with Addie Beall, my October 17 Money Therapy class, and a Full Moon Money Ritual on October 25.  🔢 And then there’s 10/10! In numerology, 10/10 carries double 1 energy, which is all about new beginnings, new possibilities, and new choices. So rather than simply asking yourself, “What do I want?” this New Moon is asking you to go deeper: Why do I want it? What really matters to me? What am I ready to create, change, release, or make more room for? This is your chance to decide what kind of new beginning is actually aligned with everything you’ve discovered through all that soul-searching.  💫 I’m calling this a Level-Up New Moon. We’re leveling up our relationships, our boundaries, our peace and harmony, and our relationship with money. So set aside a little time on Saturday to get quiet, do some soul-searching, and really listen to what you want.
