    Standing for Life!

    Life is under attack on many fronts. It's being attacked in the womb, it's being attacked in the sunset years and even those who don't measure up to other people's standards due to some form of disability are also coming under attack. God is the Author of life. We are told in Psalm 139 that we are "fearfully and wonderfully made." In Jeremiah 1 we see it is God that has formed us. In Proverbs 6 we're told that the LORD hates the "hands that shed innocent blood" yet we are living in a society that has rejected God. The number of babies being killed by abortion including use of the abortion pill is escalating. Children in the womb are being killed due to a disability. At the other end of the spectrum, just recently a man in Canada screamed for help during a botched euthanasia. We live in a very barbaric society with the nod and approval of many in the political arena, the judicial realm, the entertainment industry and increasingly in the religious realm as well. It is an imperative that we must stand for life! Joining us to discuss these issues is Victor Nieves.     The Spiritual War Against Israel

    Concern Intensified Over Data Centers

    A concern is escalating across the country regarding AI data centers. This includes those that are presently in use, those that are under construction, and those that are proposed for communities coast to coast. Farmlands that produce our food supply are a key target for the data centers. Electric power is in high demand. Recently the Daily Caller reported that "the lakeside resort communities on the California side of Lake Tahoe will need a new energy source by May 2027 as energy-guzzling data centers keep springing up on the Nevada side of the lake, according to reports." Some communities are trying to place moratoriums on data centers only to be met with multi-million dollar lawsuits. Joining us today is Tom DeWeese.     LGBTQ Advances and Roadblocks

    What do the following cities have in common? Fort Myers, FL, Tampa, FL, Arlington, TX, Tucson, AZ, Long Beach, CA, and Ashtabula, OH? Each of these are cities where so-called "LGBTQ" Pride Events were cancelled. Most of these are due to lack of corporate support. Meanwhile this past Saturday, Homosexual Pride events had to be cancelled in Houston due to the weather. Phoenix Pride just recently announced bankruptcy, but according to reports are still planning events for October. Indeed, a number of businesses and corporations have pulled back from their massive support of so-called LGBTQ+ pride. Other groups are digging in their heels with the free flow of cash. Despite the massive pushback on this movement, the sexual deviancy events and their support continues to flourish. Joining us to discuss it all is Peter LaBarbera. Here's a sample: --Iran escalated tensions on Wednesday by bombing a Kuwait airport and targeting a U.S. fleet in Bahrain. --Secretary of State Marco Rubio testified this week that U.S. negotiators have seen signs that Iran's new supreme leader has been engaged in negotiations despite not being seen publicly. --Hezbollah Secretary General Naim Qassem on Thursday rejected a U.S. brokered cease-fire framework between Israel and Lebanon, warning that the Iran-backed terrorist group would continue attacks as long as Israeli military operations continue in Lebanon. --A California tech CEO is facing 20 years in prison after allegedly earning millions by selling U.S.-origin computer networking equipment to Iran's military and nuclear establishments, according to Justice Department officials. --On Wednesday, the House voted to direct President Trump to withdraw U.S. forces from the conflict with Iran or win approval from Congress to continue the war after four Republicans sided with Democrats in a striking sign of growing opposition to a military campaign now in its fourth month. --Russia has launched hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles against Kiev and other Ukrainian cities, killing at least 18 civilians and wounding more than 100 others. --The Republican-led House on Thursday passed a sweeping security package providing new military aid to Ukraine and imposing sanctions on Russia, delivering a sharp rebuke to the Trump administration who actually opposes the measure. --Muslims screaming 'Allahu Akbar' set a huge fire at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.

    Why Students Are Losing the Ability to Read

    How and what we teach this generation will reflect what happens in the next. The communists know this. Two of their goals involve getting control of the schools and supporting any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture. These two goals were laid out in our congressional record in 1963. Unfortunately, those goals could be met someday in America because today's students are failing to learn the critical, academic principles of reading, writing, English and arithmetic. As such, they are not equipped to guard what Thomas Jefferson called, "...the sacred deposit of the rights and liberties of their fellow citizens."     Transgender Regret

    Walt Heyer is a senior fellow with Family Research Council. Walt is a husband, father, and corporate executive who underwent gender transition surgery at the age of 42 and tried to live as a woman for 8 years.     The Bible and Your Vote

    Dr. Andy Woods is president of Chafer Theological Seminary & senior pastor of Sugar Land Bible Church in Houston. He's also a lawyer, a speaker at numerous Bible conferences, as well as an author of several books including the one discussed on this broadcast: The Bible and Your Vote: Biblical Principles for any Election. Before elections in recent years you may have heard someone say, "This is the most important election in our lifetimes!" In other words, there's some sense with many people that the consequences of such elections are greater than ever. In spite of this, there are many who make the following excuses not to vote: They claim their vote doesn't count. They believe their citizenship is in heaven, therefore they don't vote on the earth. Some believe that if they vote for the lesser of two evils, they're still voting for evil, therefore they feel obligated not to participate. God puts into office who he wills, therefore some people feel they must step aside and not get in the way. Review this broadcast, and you'll see why such excuses are not biblical, as Dr. Woods kicks things off by looking at voting as a matter of stewardship. From there he continues on by looking at other issues related to voting including economic, social, climate, power/personal rights, foreign policy and more.
