Don't Be Nice, Be Respected feat. Danny M Goldberg

You were raised to be the nice guy. Nice gets you taken advantage of at work, at home and by your own kids. This isn't about being an arsehole. It's about being clear enough that people know you could be one. Rebuilding after divorce, or just tired of being the pushover at home? I created the Lifestyle MOT to show you exactly where to start. 3 mins, 15 simple questions, and you get a personal review back from me: https://highvaluemanproject.com/score Danny M Goldberg has spent seventeen years training Fortune 500 companies and government agencies to have difficult conversations, and wrote A Little Bit of A$$hole after realising he'd lost his own voice at home. This one is for the man who says yes when he means no, explains every decision, and then wonders why he's not taken seriously by his partner, his team or his kids. Jonnie and Danny talk through divorce, dating again with your eyes open, and why nice men don't avoid the row, they postpone it until it blows. WHY THIS MATTERS The cost of nice builds up quietly. The boss who asks too much, the partner who stops seeing you as the man she fell for, the teenager who learns your no means "ask again later". This hour gives you the language to set the line early, before you end up drawing it in the middle of a blow-up. HIGH VALUE MOMENTS 08:21 Getting divorced is awful. Forget January Resolutions - This Is The Best Time For Success

Fourteen weeks to December...I'm not saying the C word! Many men will coast through, arrive in December knackered and slightly disappointed, and then promise themselves something on the 1st of January. FORGE starts in October. Eight weeks, small group, sixteen men, finishing before December even starts. This episode is the argument, FORGE is how it actually happens: https://live.highvaluemanproject.com/forge September to December is the most workable stretch in the calendar and it is the one most men write off. In this solo episode Jonnie makes the case for the fourteen week run: why the conditions in September beat the conditions in January, why the pressure a man feels about a busy autumn is almost always anticipated rather than real, and what it takes to arrive at the 20th of December with nothing hanging over him. He is open that this time of year does his head in too, and uses his own September, two kids out every night, a Hyrox at the end of October, to show what handling it badly looks like before turning it into something a man can use. WHY THIS MATTERS A resolution has no scoreboard. It runs to nothing and dies quietly in February, which is why most men have had the same January more than once. Christmas is a real date. The men who treat these fourteen weeks as a deadline rather than a wind down arrive at it with something to celebrate instead of something to apologise for, and their families get a December with a man in it rather than a man catching up. HIGH VALUE MOMENTS 03:19 Why September Cranks Me Up Every Year 05:58 The Pressure Is Not Real. It's Anticipated. 09:21 Don't Make Her Everything 11:50 Work Back From Christmas Day 14:48 Protect December FORGE STARTS IN OCTOBER Eight weeks, small group, sixteen men. It runs through October and November, which means the work is finished before December even starts. Weekly 90 minute group calls, the FIRE CODE tracker, a cohort WhatsApp group, and accountability that starts the day you join rather than the day the sessions do. Fourteen weeks. Don't spend them on your own. https://live.highvaluemanproject.com/forge SHARE / REVIEW / SUBSCRIBE Send this to the mate who tells you every single January that this year is his year. The Holiday Pressure Trap

You saved for it. You booked it. You told everyone it was going to be brilliant. That's exactly why it turned into a row by day three. Do not fall into the holiday pressure trap. See exactly where your energy, connection and joy is leaking. The free HVM Scorecard takes three minutes https://highvaluemanproject.com/score Jonnie is back from ten days in France with his two kids and one of their mates, and this episode is the honest version of how a family holiday actually goes well. Not the destination, not the budget, not the itinerary. The pressure a man loads onto the trip before he has even left the house, and what happens to his wife and kids when reality does not match the picture in his head. He shares what he does before he packs the boot, on the drive, at the dinner table and in the moments he deliberately steps back to catch. WHY THIS MATTERS For most men the holiday is the one stretch of the year his family gets all of him, and he arrives too loaded to give it. What he wanted to be the best fortnight of the year becomes the one everyone remembers for the wrong reasons. The cost is not a wasted week. It is another year of his kids and his partner learning what he is like under pressure. You Think You're Invincible. Then You Turn 45 feat. Oliver Anwar

You never decided to let your health go. You just kept spending it, because it kept paying out. It stops paying out at about 45. Find out where you're leaking energy, focus and drive. Take your free HVM Score: https://highvaluemanproject.com/score Oliver Anwar is an executive health coach working with entrepreneurs and senior executives around the world, based in Dubai. Eight years ago he was broke and filling vending machines in central London at 4am. He builds his coaching around blood work rather than the scales, and he is blunt about what men are getting wrong before they reach for TRT or a weight loss jab. He and Jonnie get into the crisis that arrives at 40 to 45, why identity beats discipline, and what a man can actually do about it starting tomorrow. WHY THIS MATTERS The men in this conversation are not unwell. They are successful, capable, and quietly running on a baseline nobody has ever measured. The bill for that lands somewhere between 40 and 50, usually in a doctor's room, and by then the options are worse and the price is higher. Nothing in this episode takes more than ten minutes a day to start. Your Marriage Isn't Broken, It's Paused feat. Dr Lee Baucom

No man wakes up one morning and decides to stop fancying his wife. It happens by a decision neither of you remember making. See exactly where the connection is leaking. Take your free HVM Score: https://highvaluemanproject.com/score Dr Lee Baucom has spent thirty years working with couples and is the author of Save the Marriage. Jonnie bought that programme during his own divorce, ten years ago, and says it changed how he thinks about relationships to this day. They talk about the relationships that aren't broken, just quiet, and what it takes for one man to bring one back to life without waiting for permission. WHY THIS MATTERS Nobody arrives at the end of a marriage. Everybody drifts there, one benign decision at a time, and most men don't notice until the distance is too wide to talk across. Lee names the exact slope, and what a man can do about it on his own. Clear Mind, Clear Results - Law of Attraction for Men

A clear mind gets clear results. The reason this is true is much more scientific than most men believe. If you think the Law of Attraction is a load of crap then you may be missing out on the basic principles of "you get what you think about most of the time". This episode is why a clear mind matters and how to fix it. Find out where your thinking is clear and where it's cluttered. The free HVM Score takes two minutes: https://highvaluemanproject.com/score Jonnie Jensen breaks down the law of attraction in real-world terms — not crystals and vision boards, but full body alignment: thoughts, actions and chemistry all pointing in the same direction. Why desire alone isn't enough. Why the doubt underneath is the thought that's actually running the show. And the simple exercise that clears the interference so you can get after what you actually want. WHY THIS MATTERS Most men are working hard and going in circles. Not because they lack effort or a plan, but because their doubts are louder than their desire — even when they can't hear them. This episode names that and gives you a way out. Divorce does not end your life. It simply ends your marriage. This episode breaks down how to get back on your feet in less time, with fewer mistakes, and more fun. Find out where you're at in the rebuild. The free High Value Man Scorecard takes two minutes and shows you exactly where to focus first: https://highvaluemanproject.com/score Too many men walk out of a marriage and spend the next few years carrying it with them. In this episode, Jonnie Jensen breaks down the high value man route through divorce and rebuild: the six stages of grief and why they don't go in order, the Fab Four support structure, the soul cutting exercise, and how to use the 3XC framework to build something better on the other side.
