Over 2,400 new and aspiring missionaries provided fresh insights as to what (and who) helped them in their journey to become a missionary, and what obstacles they faced along the way. They share the data about the importance of having healthy teams, how current missionaries can help onboard new missionaries, and what factors are vital to implement for short-term mission trips.
