I heard Kelly originally on another Podcast and had instant girl crush. The wealth of knowledge she has and brings to the fore front to have an intelligent conversation about diet and nutrition is overdue. I have learned so much from her interviews where she asks important questions and gets to the root cause. I highly recommend her and her podcast to all of my family and friends.

Kelly is truly the best holistic nutritionist and her podcast is a top favorite!

I’ve been following Kelly for years now and could not be more excited when she finally launched this podcast last year! Best nutrition advice, especially in a time where there is so much “noise” out there in terms of health and wellness. Kelly is my go-to source for health and wellness, she has a way of making everything easy to understand and is so relatable. Loved her solo podcast, definitely love hearing her insight but she also has some of the best guests. A recent favorite was Dr. Ben Bikman, can’t wait to read some of these books and appreciate Kelly’s mission to bring all of these experts and resources together to share their knowledge with her followers. Thank you for all that you are doing in the health and wellness space.
