    This is the Reminder You Were Asking For

    While sitting on the beach meditating and knitting, Ashley heard that this is what you need to hear today -- and so, the episode was made. In this short episode, Ashley explores the relationship between the nervous system and intuition. When the body is in survival mode, clear consciousness is unavailable.     FEBRUARY Akashic Guidance: Embodied Sovereignty
