Ignore the distractions and learn then practice these valuable lessons. Especially women with crazy ex’s and/or small children. Teach this to everyone whom you love!

If I wanted to listen to a show about martial arts I’d go somewhere else.

I love all of Dr. Carlos’ shows. He is straight to the point with no BS. The sound is always sketchy for the first episodes but is much better with time!!
