    330. The 44 Life Lessons I Have Learnt In 44 Years (Birthday Special!)

    Tomorrow (23rd February) I turn 44… and as I always do on my birthday, I pause, reflect and ask myself: What have I learnt? What do I know to be true? Who have I become? In this week’s solo episode, I share the reflections, lessons, inspirations and deeper understandings I’ve gained over 44 years of life, business, motherhood, wellness and growth. Birthdays feel like energetic portals to me, a moment to honour where we’ve been and consciously choose where we’re going. In this very personal episode, I open my heart and share the 44 life lessons that have shaped me the most. These lessons span intuition, health, business, healing, family, energy, confidence, ageing and purpose, and I hope at least one of them lands exactly where you need it. Here are the 44 life lessons I’ve learned in 44 years: Trust your intuition. Always be kind. Friends and family are the most important thing. Everything is energy. Listen to your body. When your mind is stuck, move your body. When your body feels stuck, move your mind. Every physical ailment has an emotional onset. Let go of perfection. Consistency is key. The greatest business advice: always be of service. Say thank you as much as you can. Rest is productive. Slow growth is still growth. Be in nature more. Age is just a number. Breathe deeper and slower. Your story can heal others. Be here now.  Confidence is built, not born. Protect your peace. Small rituals create big change. Eat more plants. Comparison steals joy. Your work should serve your life, not run it. Education creates freedom. Natural skincare nourishes your skin. Simplicity is underrated. Celebrate the small wins. Quick fixes rarely work in the long term. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Say no if it isn’t right for you. Your voice matters  Healing is not linear. Energy attracts energy. Find joy. Trust the timing. Have more fun. Nourish from the inside out. Walk more. Be yourself. Use visualisation daily. Gratitude changes everything. Keep going — your best years are still to come.     327. Why I’ve Practised Face Yoga for 20 Years (And Why I’ll Never Stop)

I’ve been teaching Face Yoga to millions of people around the world,  in person, online and on TV, but what many people don’t realise is that I also have my own daily Face Yoga practice and have done consistently for the past two decades. In this episode, I talk about why I still practise Face Yoga every day, how it continues to support me personally, and why I truly plan to continue this practice for another 20, 40, and hopefully even 60 years! I also discuss the emotional and mental benefits, including how Face Yoga helps me feel more grounded, calm and connected to myself.
