Poppin Curbs is a true fan and shares his fandom in a way that is extremely relatable. I love that he covers not just Blink 182, but all things relevant and peripheral of the band such as +44 and Boxcar Racer, Angels & Airwaves etc. including clothes and souvenirs etc. Thank you Poppin Curbs for giving us deep dives into the origins of albums, songs and so much more! I absolutely love this podcast and hope it continues for a long long time!
Lastly to answer a hypothetical question that was asked, yes I think that all 4 members, Mark, Tom, Travis and Matt, very well could be a 4-piece band. I think Tom and Matt could easily co-exist. Their styles are different enough that they would compliment one another. But close enough that they wouldn’t clash. I think a great way for them to start off would be with a live album where Matt sings some of Tom’s songs and Tom sings some of Matt’s. This would show that they work well together, there’s no rivalry and would give an awesome unique twist on already existing songs. That’s all I got, out!
