In 1999, he transitioned to the United States Secret Service, where he was responsible for protecting seven American presidents and leading elite teams in complex, high-stakes international missions. He was selected as the Diplomatic Attaché to the nation of Colombia from 2003 – 2008. Chris's educational background is grounded in both leadership and theology. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Operational Leadership and History from Tulane University and a Master's degree in Christian Ministry from Liberty Theological Seminary. After two weeks in a coma and 75 days in the hospital, our life suddenly looked very different. However, we knew God had and still has a very special plan for Pierce's life. Despite the illness leaving multiple physical and cognitive disabilities, Pierce remains full of joy as evidenced by his beaming smile and infectious giggles. We are blessed to be his parents! When he is here, you can often find Pierce in the admissions booth hanging out with the team and welcoming guests to the park!   Pierce's love for construction was the main inspiration for Dig World. We wanted to build something that ALL children and adults could enjoy. We teamed up with our good friend from college, Rick Bennett, and Dig World was set in motion.
