For the love of Aaron and Raf

I’ve been listening to your podcast for a couple years now- every episode. It’s what got me to leave my dead end labor job and go back to school and finish out my ME degree; for my daughter’s future, and mine! I have always gotten that feeling of inadequacy that Raf has mentioned, and that’s part of what drove me away in the first place, but let me tell you something: we are as good as we make ourselves! After being out of school for three years and returning as a first semester senior, I finished out the first semester back on dean’s list.. for the first time ever! Anyway, just wanted to chime in and thank you for your wonderful podcast keeping me on beat with my aspirations!

Raf and Aaron are Amazing Hosts

Raf and Aaron’s contrasting interviewing styles are perfect for the podcast and bring variety to the listeners. I like how they take turns interviewing guests. Aaron should coin the term “kindergarten skills.”

Valuable Insights for any Engineer

I am a young engineer working in design manufacturing and have found this podcast to be a great resource. The hosts, Aaron and Rafael, ask very good questions tailored to their guests’ experiences. For many episodes I have taken notes and applied some of the talking points to my own life and career. This is the most pertinent engineering podcast that I have found and would highly recommend it for any engineer who wants to improve themselves.
