“Jesus Is Jehovah in the Flesh” Part 1 (336)

You’ve probably heard that Jesus is the Son of God, and you’ve probably also heard that Jesus and the Father are One. Jesus said it Himself all throughout the Gospels. But how can they be different and the same all at once? If you’ve struggled to wrap your head around this concept, this episode is for you! Join the Busses for a journey through the Scriptures as they reveal the parallels between what the Father says about Himself in the Old Testament, what is spoken of Jesus in prophecy, and what Jesus says of Himself in the New Testament. Explore this profound connection, looking into the Hebrew names of Yehovah (the One who was, who is, and who is to come), and Jesus (who is the same yesterday, today, and forever)! They also dig into the nature of the Father and Jesus as the eternal, unchanging source of salvation, life, and peace. You will love this revelatory Bible study! “Our Compassionate Father” (335)

In the previous episode, the Busses discussed the Lord’s Prayer which begins with, “Our Father…” But what does it really mean to have the God of Heaven, the Creator of the Universe, as your Father? Join Sharon and Philip as they explore what the Scriptures say, and what God says about Himself, as our loving and merciful Father. They’ll discuss the compassionate nature of God that goes far beyond just feelings toward us, and how we can reflect our Father’s heart to the world as we allow Him to pour His love into us. Every human being was raised by an imperfect Father, so you probably have a father-wound of some kind. But here’s the good news—He is not like your earthly father! Now is the time to let your perfect, compassionate Heavenly Father love you into healing so that you can co-operate with Him in the Spirit and introduce those around you to His love for them too. *A special note about ethnicities and Kingdom Culture: Revelation 5:9 that says every nation, kindred, and tongue will be worshipping together at the throne. We will be recognizable by our ethnicity, but we will all be one in Kingdom Culture! EMAIL: feedback@globaloutpouring.org WEBSITE: https://globaloutpouring.net Related Links: Feeling led to give? And why is it so foundational to our faith? Join the Busses for a deep dive into Scripture to help you to see (and pray) the Lord’s Prayer with fresh revelation! Line after line, Jesus revealed in this prayer truths about the Father, about mankind, and about His ultimate will for all of our lives, “on Earth as it is in Heaven.” You will love this revelatory episode! “God’s Love Language” with Laura (332)

The concept of “love languages” has been extremely popular over the last few decades. You probably know what your own love languages are! But have you ever considered what God’s love language is? Laura, a dear friend of the Busses, recently joined them to teach at the Generation Awakening Youth Retreat. Along with her sweet puppy, Alice, Laura shares what the Lord has been speaking to her about His love language that can be found all through Scripture: obedience. Laura draws many parallels between her experience with lovingly training her dogs and our experience in lifelong obedience training with our Father. Laura explains why freedom without obedience to God is dangerous, and how operating in trusting obedience in the small things brings joy to God’s heart and opens the door for freedom and assignments we could not have handled before, just like her sweet puppy, Alice. You will love this revelatory teaching! EMAIL: feedback@globaloutpouring.org WEBSITE: https://globaloutpouring.net Related Links: Feeling led to give? Partner with us here! “Growing the Gifts of the Spirit in Your Life” with Flo Ellers (330)

Many powerful ministers have tragically fallen for many reasons, but there is only one way to guard yourself from the same thing happening to you. The Busses are joined by their dear friend, Flo Ellers! Flo and the Busses have an eye-opening discussion on the vital keys to walking in the gifts and power of the Holy Spirit without being destroyed by them. (329) “The Goodness Side of God”

(Part 2 of 2) “Therefore consider the goodness and severity of God: on those who fell, severity; but toward you, goodness, if you continue in His goodness. Otherwise you also will be cut off.” Romans 11:22 NKJV Last week, we discussed the dangerous side of God’s glory and goodness. But here’s the wonderful news: He IS good! Join the Busses as they explore the goodness and kindness of God, contrasting it with His severity, and how walking in relationship with Him brings blessings, prosperity, and peace. They discuss biblical examples from Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and others, emphasizing how God's goodness is revealed through the way He fulfills His promises. God is a loving Father and there are countless, wonderful benefits that come with that relationship, but those benefits pale in comparison to the joy of simply knowing and loving Him! Tune if you’re hungry to know more of Jesus! EMAIL: feedback@globaloutpouring.org WEBSITE: https://globaloutpouring.net Related Links: Feeling led to give? Partner with us here! I love this podcast! It feels like a conversation around the kitchen table. Except it’s feeding my spirit instead of my belly 😊
